Carol Coolidge was a longtime resident of Lake Cherokee and a defining presence in its real estate community since 1976. With a deep love for the lake and the people who call it home, she built her business on a simple but powerful belief—clients should be well-informed, well-served, and genuinely cared for.
Over the decades, Carol became known not only for her knowledge of Lake Cherokee, but for the standard she set. Her commitment to excellence, her involvement in the community, and her dedication to guiding buyers to the right property shaped what Coolidge & Company is today.
She also poured that same care into mentoring the next generation—most notably her granddaughter, Kristina Coolidge—passing down not just the business, but the values behind it.
In 2022, Carol graciously stepped out of the spotlight, entrusting the brokerage to Kristina. Her legacy remains woven into every relationship, every listing, and every home on the lake.
