- Carol Coolidge has been a resident of
Lake Cherokee for 53 years and has been active in the selling and marketing of Real
Estate on the Lake since 1976. Carol feels it is important that

- Although Patty has been a licensed
real estate agent since 1979, she began her career in real
estate in the Spring of 1993, and concentrates all her
efforts exclusively on Lake Cherokee. During the 70's
and 80's, she worked with her husband Dave Clark in an
assortment of retail businesses in Kilgore, Texas.

Sue Bondurant is
full of spirit and never meets a stranger and has been a real estate
agent 1997. She and husband Terry are
full time residents here on Lake Cherokee, as well as long time East
Texas residents. Terry runs an electrical service business, and they
have 3 grown sons. Sue is innovative and like her son in the U.S.
Army, always goes the extra mile.
